THE CHALLENGE

Adobe approached me to collaborate on a series of videos for Adobe Illustrator, focusing on both creativity and education. The goal was to inspire and guide people through different aspects of the design process using Illustrator. I created three videos, each with its own focus: one where I designed custom patches for a cooking apron, another where I taught beginners how to turn paper sketches into temporary tattoos, and a Designer Spotlight where I shared my artistic journey and creative philosophy. This project was not just about content creation but also about making the process accessible and engaging for viewers.

How might I create engaging and educational content that showcases my creative process while making Adobe Illustrator more accessible to a wider audience?

THE OUTCOME

To ensure a smooth workflow, I carefully planned and scripted each video, guiding Adobe through every step with a Miro board. This served as a central space where I shared design drafts, iterated on ideas, and provided clear examples. In the first video, I demonstrated my creative process while designing patches. In the second, I walked viewers through a beginner-friendly tutorial. In the third, I shared my perspective as an illustrator and how I use Adobe tools in my work. This structured approach helped create clear, inspiring content while also making the collaboration process seamless and efficient.
