
Content Creation & Label Illustration For an Awareness Campaign of Oatly Barista
THE CHALLENGE
Oatly approached me with the idea of creating a video to post as reel on Instagram to promote their Barista oat drink. The brief was flexible and creative, which made it even more exciting because I love working for brands I love and I personally use everyday! For the content, I decided to combine my skills as an illustrator and brand designer with a storytelling approach. My concept was to hack one side of the Oatly packaging, adding my own design and illustration while taking the audience along with me on my creative process.





How might I create an engaging and authentic content for Oatly Barista that reflects my creative style while staying true to the brand’s identity?



THE OUTCOME
I imagined Oatly having a mascot named OatLee, a sassy and empowered character sharing a message of self-love with the phrase “Never forget that you’re Oat-some.” I created a reel showcasing my creative process, from the initial design draft to the final content. Along with the video, I shot a picture for cover and crafter the caption. I guided the client through every step, from scripting to execution on a Miro board where we could interact digitally, leave feeedback and iterate quickly and openly. The final piece was shared on Instagram, bringing my vision to life in an engaging and playful way.
